If we feel we can be helpful to your search process, we will invite you to meet with a Quantum representative, by phone or in person, to continue the process with a personal interview.

If we believe we may be of assistance we will schedule an office visit with a representative.

What We Need From You

We want to take the time to get to know you. In doing so we will need information about companies you’ve worked for, job titles you’ve held, responsibilities you’ve had, dates of employment, direct supervisors, and relevant wage history. Also, be prepared to discuss any training, certifications, credentials and/or degrees you received that may be pertinent to the job interests you have.


There are certain positions we offer that do require skills testing. You can arrange to test in our office or from any computer that meets our system and high speed access requirements. In addition, we also offer online tutorial programs for skill development.

Background Checks & Drug Screening

Reference checks with previous employers are completed on qualified candidates. Additional screening may be completed as determined by each client to include a drug test, pre-employment physical, DMV review and/or criminal background check. Should additional screening be required, you will be notified.
